A Haven for Us Presents: Trans Open Door (TOD)
Looking for a welcoming, supportive virtual space to connect with community? Trans Open Door is a monthly, online peer-led group hosted by A Haven for Us for trans individuals and allies.
This month’s discussion topic is Navigating the Workplace as Trans People. Together, the group will explore the realities of employment as transgender individuals—covering topics like workplace rights, disclosure decisions, self-advocacy, identifying affirming employers, navigating tricky situations, and supporting one another through workplace challenges and successes.
Each session also features:
Monthly trans policy updates
Positive news from the trans and nonbinary community
Resource sharing and peer-to-peer support
