Multimedia Internship
Are you a passionate visual storyteller ready to elevate your creative portfolio? Lavender Consulting is looking for a dynamic Multimedia Intern to capture and create compelling multi-platform content across South Florida. In this hybrid role, you’ll gain hands-on experience providing photo and video coverage at live workshops and agency events, operating professional camera and audio gear, and editing polished visual assets using industry-standard software like Adobe Creative Suite and CapCut.
With a flexible commitment of just 15–25 hours per month, this position offers real-world production experience, direct agency mentorship, and opportunities for paid client work.
Digital Marketing Internship
Lavender Consulting is seeking a remote Digital Marketing Intern. In this flexible role (5–10 hours per week), you will gain hands-on experience designing social media content, managing website updates, collaborating on our newsletter, and supporting real-world client projects.

Community Outreach Internship
Do you love creating queer community in South Florida? Lavender Consulting wants you for our Community Outreach Intern role. This hybrid role based in South Florida (5–10 hours per week). It offers an exciting opportunity to act as a grassroots ambassador, build relationships with local leaders and small businesses, and curate valuable community resources.
Tailored for an aspiring community organizer or advocate passionate about uplifting South Florida's LGBTQ+ community, this internship lets you gain direct hands-on experience in event representation, partnership outreach, and strategy.
