Lavender Consulting is a queer- and trans-owned creative marketing studio based in South Florida, serving LGBTQ+ businesses, nonprofit organizations, and values-driven brands across the U.S. We specialize in intentional marketing strategy, brand storytelling, and sustainable growth systems designed to serve people—not just platforms.

Founded by Mo Massa, Lavender Consulting exists to challenge extractive, corporate marketing norms and replace them with strategies rooted in community accountability, operational wellness, and long-term impact.

Meet the Founder

Lavender Consulting was founded by Mo Massa, a proud queer Floridian, creative strategist, and community organizer with a background in history, digital marketing, and public engagement.

Mo holds:

  • A B.A. in History

  • A Digital Marketing Graduate Certificate

  • Professional certifications in Google Analytics, UX Design, and Adobe Creative tools

Before founding Lavender Consulting, Mo worked across museums, community programs, nonprofit initiatives, and event-based outreach, bringing a people-first lens to marketing and storytelling. This intersection of education, creativity, and lived experience shapes Lavender Consulting’s approach today.
