Join SHPSHFTR, Subtropic Film Fest, and Pana MIA Club at Woodhall for Poetry in Motion: Short Film Showcase, an evening celebrating local independent cinema and spoken word poetry. Doors open at 7:00 PM, followed by spoken word performances at 7:30 PM and the short film screenings beginning at 8:00 PM. The event features a diverse lineup of work by South Florida filmmakers, poets, and visual artists, including Chandler Jules, Kayla Barnes, Caitlin Frown, Lavola, Cristina Peck, Nora Long, Carly Hensley, Tyrah Sweeting, Zephyra Spicer, Johanna Jackson & Spike Dean Mick, Samuel Correa, Olesiya Runkevich, Steph Bruzon, and Angela Gonzalez.
